📖 Day 19 – Storytelling Practice

Welcome to Day 19

Today you will learn how to tell a simple story in English.

Storytelling improves fluency, confidence, and natural speaking flow.

🎯 Story Structure

Every good story has three parts:

  • Beginning
  • Middle
  • Ending

Follow this structure while speaking.

📌 Useful Story Words

Yesterday…

In the morning…

After that…

Then…

Later…

Finally…

These words help you connect sentences smoothly.

🗣 Example Story

Beginning:

Yesterday, I woke up early.

Middle:

Then I went to the office.

I attended meetings and completed my tasks.

Ending:

Finally, I finished my work and came home.

I relaxed and went to bed.

🇺🇸 Pronunciation Practice

Yesterday → /ˈjestərdeɪ/

Finally → /ˈfaɪnəli/

Completed → /kəmˈpliːtɪd/

Relaxed → /rɪˈlækst/

Speak clearly and maintain flow.

🇮🇳 Hindi Meaning

कल मैं जल्दी उठा।

फिर मैं ऑफिस गया।

मैंने अपनी मीटिंग अटेंड की और काम पूरा किया।

अंत में, मैं घर आया और आराम किया।

🧠 Storytelling Tip

Do not worry about perfect grammar.

Focus on:

  • Clear sequence
  • Smooth connection words
  • Continuous speaking

🔥 Speaking Practice

Tell a short story about your yesterday.

Follow this order:

  • Beginning – What time did you wake up?
  • Middle – What did you do during the day?
  • Ending – How did your day finish?

Speak for 2 full minutes.

Do not stop.
Do not translate.
Just speak confidently.

Fluency grows when you tell real stories.
